The Dunany Country Club is a non-profit organization overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors.   The Dunany Country Club By-Laws, most recently amended in 2012 lay out the provisions under which the Club is governed including its purpose, membership classes and quantity of members, duties of the Board of Directors and Officers and elements related to Club oversight.
